Add capacity when you need it.
Paid plans can add voice, organization-wide ribbons, AI assist, and extra storage. These have separate usage limits and warnings, with no automatic overage billing. Group ribbons and semantic search are base functionality.
A few things worth knowing.
How many members can join on Free?
Free supports up to 50 members. The published paid plan ceilings are 150 for Tier 1, 750 for Tier 2, and unlimited for Tier 3.
Do I need a paid plan to sign in with Discord?
No. Discord sign-in is available on Free. The managed Discord bot requires Tier 1 or above.
When does a downgrade take effect?
A downgrade applies at the end of the billing period. Keeping an add-on requires explicit opt-in.
Is cross-community participation a paid feature?
Participation is free. Hosting cross-organization groups, missions, selling, and giveaways requires Tier 3.
